Your Visit to Xthetics

A Seamless and Luxurious Experience

At Xthetics Face & Body Sculpt, located in the heart of Downtown Calgary at 425 11 Ave SE, we are dedicated to ensuring your visit is as comfortable and stress-free as possible. Our clinic operates exclusively by appointment, allowing us to provide personalized care tailored to your needs. Please arrive at your scheduled time to ensure a seamless experience.

Parking Convenience

For your convenience, we offer heated underground parking in our building. Prior to your appointment, you will receive an email with an entry code and detailed instructions for accessing the parkade. To enhance your experience, we cover $4 worth of parking fees during your treatment. Simply pay for your parking upon arrival and inform frontdesk you have parked underground, and we will credit the amount at the time of check-out. Not making a payment? We will put the credit on file for future use.

Consultation and Payment Policies

Complimentary Consultations

We offer complimentary consultations, with a valid credit card required for no-show protection/ late cancellaiton fee. You may book one consultation every six months at no additional cost.

Informed Consent

Prior to any treatment, you will sign an informed consent, acknowledging that our services are cosmetic and elective.

Treatment Deposit

To reserve your appointment, a deposit is required for all online bookings. Deposit amounts vary depending on the treatment and provider selected and will be applied toward your treatment cost. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable and are subject to our cancellation policy.

Refund Policy

While we do not offer refunds on treatments or deposits, any payments made can be applied to future treatments. Refunds, if applicable, are determined case-by-case with management approval.

Payment Methods

We accept exact cash, cheques, debit cards, and most major credit cards. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Treatment Plan Quotes

Please note that all consultation quotes are valid for 30 days. To maintain any special pricing, a 10% deposit must be made within this timeframe.

Cancellation and Late Arrival Policy

To respect the time of our clients and staff, we have the following policies:

Fees apply for appointments rescheduled or canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, no-shows, or arrivals more than 15 minutes late.

For appointments with RN, Laser Specialist, or Medical Aesthetician

15 to 30-minute appointments: $50 fee
Over 30-minute appointments: $100 fee

For appointments with an Aesthetic Physician

15 to 30-minute appointments: $100 fee
Over 30-minute appointments: $150 fee

Sculptra Appointment & Cancellation Policy

At our clinic, all Sculptra treatments are carefully prepared to ensure optimal product performance and patient outcomes. To maintain the highest standards of care, please review the following policy before booking your appointment.

Sculptra Preparation

Sculptra must be reconstituted (mixed) a minimum of 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Once prepared, the product is reserved specifically for your treatment and cannot be used for other patients.

Appointment Changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule your Sculptra appointment, we kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible. Because Sculptra is prepared in advance, the product has a limited period during which it remains suitable for use. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment after your Sculptra has been prepared, the following conditions apply:

If your appointment can be rescheduled within 14 days of the original appointment date and the prepared product remains viable for treatment, your Sculptra may be transferred to your new appointment date.
If the prepared product is no longer viable for use by the time of your rescheduled appointment, you will be responsible for the full cost of the prepared Sculptra product, regardless of whether treatment was received.
Any balance owing for prepared and unusable Sculptra must be paid in full before another Sculptra appointment can be booked.

Outstanding Balances

Clients with an outstanding balance related to a cancelled or rescheduled Sculptra appointment will have their booking privileges temporarily suspended. New appointments will not be scheduled until the balance has been paid in full.

A Note on Product Preparation

This policy is in place because Sculptra is a medical product that requires advance preparation specifically for each patient. Once mixed, it cannot always be stored indefinitely, and unused product may result in a loss to the clinic. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to provide safe, effective, and personalized care for every patient.

Product Return Policy

We stand by the quality of our skincare and makeup products. All sales are final, but unopened products with a receipt can be returned for credit within 30 days.
