Non-Surgical Butt Lift
The Non-Surgical Butt Lift is an exciting new non-invasive procedure that can add definition and volume, lifting the buttocks and helping to bring about the shape the patient wants. It can “plump up” the buttocks by replacing collagen, stimulating the natural growth process of the body and providing long-lasting results. The Sculptra butt lift allows you to add roundness or fullness if your butt has a flatter look that you wish had more curves. The procedure does not involve any implants or fat transfer, so no surgery is required. In cases where natural volume loss has led to a deflated look for the buttocks, the restored volume can make the skin more taut and firm. While the injection itself adds volume immediately, it is also designed to stimulate collagen growth, resulting in a further increase in volume and structure over time.

Sculptra is an FDA-approved and safe dermal filler. Before deciding if you are a suitable candidate, your healthcare provider will consider your health status and goals. It may not be effective for you if you are allergic or sensitive to any of the components of the filler, or if you have difficulty healing after an injury. While rare, there are risks or side effects that could occur with any cosmetic procedure. These risks include swelling, bruising, skin discoloration, pain or discomfort, itching, and bumps or lumps under the skin caused by the Sculptra injection.
The Sculptra Butt Lift uses injections in targeted areas under the skin and into depressions. It works by increasing the skin's thickness and promoting collagen growth, leading to firmer, more lifted, and fuller-appearing buttocks. It can help enhance the curves in the butt and hips for patients of various body types.
The procedure produces gradual, natural-looking results rather than an immediate transformation. The Sculptra formula stimulates the body’s natural production of collagen, producing changes over time. While some initial swelling may be visible immediately after the injection due to the sterile water, this will typically subside within 1-2 days. During the second and third weeks, some dimpling may occur, which is normal. You will typically see noticeable improvement in the buttocks at around four weeks post-treatment. The final results will develop within approximately 2-3 months and can last 2-3 years or even longer.
Each patient has their own unique goals and desires for their perfect bottom. While many people seek out the Sculptra Butt Lift to add plumpness and volume, others may be looking for a more lifted or firmer look. Others are self-conscious about wrinkles, dimples, or hip dips and want them handled. Whatever the case may be, the treatment is customized to ensure each patient's specific needs are exactly what gets addressed.

We highly recommended a minimum of 3 sessions at about 6 week intervals. This has been shown to allow for optimal results in the treatment area.
The injections are very tolerable. The injections may cause mild discomfort and a slight pinching sensation during the procedure. Most patients rate this procedure a 2-3 out of 10 on a pain scale. Any mild pain or discomfort may be resolved within 24 hours.

You will likely experience swelling during the first 24 hours, so applying ice can help relieve the discomfort and reduce the swelling. You should take care to avoid excessive exposure to the sun and not use a tanning bed until any redness or swelling has fully resolved.
The ideal patient is a non-smoker who is in good overall health. This treatment is not recommended for patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you have any underlying health conditions, be sure to mention them during your consultation.
Eligible residents of Alberta can receive complete coverage for medically necessary physician services and certain dental and oral surgical health services under the AHCIP. The AHCIP does not cover non-essential surgical procedures, including cosmetic treatments like a Non-Surgical Butt Lift.
